Access your account online to see items you have out, renew items, see items you have on hold (and cancel holds), see any late fees you owe and change your PIN.

To review your account online, place holds through the Catalog, or access the Library's premium subscription databases, you need a Library card and a personal identification number or PIN. To establish a PIN, stop by the Circulation Desk in the Library or call the Circulation Department at 630-529-1641, ext. 222.

Using your library card number and PIN, you can:
  • Reserve items online through the PAC (Public Access Catalog);
  • Review your account and see items you have checked out, items you have on hold and any fines you may owe;
  • Renew items online;
  • See your position in line for items you have on hold;
  • Access subscription databases from outside the Library.

To protect your privacy, you should keep your PIN a secret. Roselle Library employees should never ask you for your PIN nor will a record of the PIN be kept at the Library. You should always close the browser when you are finished viewing your account. This reduces the opportunity for another person to access your information.
